ReDub is made by one person, and the only way to reach him is email. There is no phone line, no chat, and no support form. Mail is read most days and answered within a few days. If you are writing about a room that is still open, say so; a problem in a live room is easier to see while the room lasts.

The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed:

• Which device and browser you were on, for example an iPhone 14 on Safari.
• The four letter room code, if you had one, and roughly when it happened.
• What you were doing when it went wrong and what you saw: a message, a blank screen, a sound problem.
• A screenshot if you have one. Please do not send other people’s recordings.

Rights holders should use the copyright page, which lists what a removal request needs. Removals are handled quickly.

Ideas, scenes you would like to see, a pack you made, a stream you are planning: all welcome at the same address. Replies come in English or Arabic, whichever you wrote in.

Passwords or payment details, since ReDub has neither accounts nor payments and will never ask for them, and nothing about another person that they would not want shared.
